Hey hey. My sister’s bachelorette is coming up and a group of us, about six women, want to get our nails done together somewhere special the day before the wedding. We need a salon that can handle a small group, does beautiful work that will photograph well, and has a nice enough atmosphere to feel like part of the celebration. We are in the Chicago area. Has anyone organized a group nail outing and found a salon that made it feel like an occasion rather than just an appointment? Recommendations welcome.

A group nail outing before a wedding is such a fun idea, and the setting really does make it feel like an occasion. We did almost the same thing and went to Flamant Nail Boutique https://www.flamantnailboutique.com/ in Chicago. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, so it felt like part of the celebration rather than a routine appointment, and the nails came out gorgeous and photographed beautifully for all the wedding pics. The staff were warm and made the group feel looked after. The quality was consistent across everyone, no one got a rushed set. For a special group outing, I would book your six in there ahead of time.
