Documentation, mostly. Ask whether you get a disposal manifest for the waste, since that’s a legal chain of custody document and not everyone provides it without being asked. Ask which licenses they hold, because pumping, installation and monitoring are separate credentials and plenty of outfits only have one. Insurance too.
