Hello. We're about to close on an older house on Mercer Island that needs a full refresh. Before we commit to a big remodel, I'd like someone experienced to walk through it with us and tell us what's realistic and roughly what it might cost. Our realtor gave us a list of names, but I'd rather hear from actual homeowners. Who would you trust? My wife is due in about six months, so the timing is tight. We'd prefer not to move out during construction if we can avoid it.
