If your AirPods aren't connecting to your MacBook, first make sure Bluetooth is on and that your AirPods are fully charged. Put them in the case, close the lid for a few seconds, then open it up and try again. Try removing the AirPods from your Bluetooth devices and pairing them anew. A MacBook restart or macOS update might help too. Still having issues? Reset your AirPods and connect them once more.
