Greetings, folks. We are moving out of our rental at the end of the month and the lease requires a professional move-out clean to get the deposit back, and the place needs serious work after three years. I do not have the time or energy to do it myself on top of the move. I need a thorough move-out cleaning service in NYC that landlords will actually accept, done properly so we are not fighting over the deposit. Has anyone used a move-out cleaning service that got them their full deposit back?
