How much advance notice do you need to give to add or remove cars

We’ve scaled our Octane Rent fleet from 4 to 7 cars and back down to 5 over the past year with 10 days notice for removals. Adding is easy since they want the business. If you need to scale up quickly (hiring surge, visiting executives), confirm provider can actually deliver additional cars quickly – some smaller companies have limited fleet. Also clarify if removing cars early incurs penalties and how deposits are handled on removed vehicles.
